Readers may have noticed some site reconstruction in progress over the last day or so as we try to stay ahead of forthcoming PHP changes.

Hopefully the team working on updating our (now five year old) website will manage to accomplish the job relatively seamlessly meaning most viewers will not notice anything untoward as the upgrades go through, but inevitably because they are trying to keep JOINT-FORCES live throughout the process you might just be unlucky and need to refresh a page to load it properly. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause, but as we are currently averaging a page view literally every second of the day from somewhere around the globe there is simply no longer any ‘quiet period’ to undertake maintenance of this site.
