NATO HQ, Brussels, 12 January 2022: This NATO Multimedia video covers the press conference by the NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, following the meeting of the NATO-Russia Council at NATO Headquarters on 12 January 2022.
- The Secretary General stated that during the council meeting the Russian delegation reiterated the December 2021 demands that NATO stop admitting any new members to the Alliance and that members withdraw forces from the territory of the Eastern Allies; i.e. remove the eFP (enhanced Forward Presence) and BAP (Baltic Air Policing) missions.
