Estonia is to procure at least six M142 HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) launchers through the US DSCA.

ERR News, the English-language service of Estonian Public Broadcasting, has announced that the Estonian Defense Investments Centre and the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) have signed a contract that will see Estonia procure HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems. It is reported that the systems will be paid for mostly out of the US defence assistance budget.
