NEDS 2021, the NIDV Exhibition Defence & Security exhibition in Rotterdam, has been postponed once more until 17th November 2022.

Press Release, The Hague, 28 January 2022: Unfortunately, the NIDV had to decide to postpone the NEDS on February 24th once again. This time to the date already chosen for NEDS 2022, namely November 17th. The NIDV Innovation Challenge which was planned for February 23rd is postponed as well to a date yet to be determined.
The reduction of COVID-19 measures recently announced by the [Netherlands] government is insufficient to organise a high-quality exhibition and conference in February. The maximum allowed attendance of 1250 persons and the maximum presence of 1 person per 5²m affect the network-function of the NEDS too much. On top of that, the safety of all NEDS participants and visitors is a pressing concern for us as Branch Organisation for the Defence and Security Sector.
Obviously, we are very disappointed that the NEDS cannot be held in February, but we’ll continue to organise the NEDS 2022 on November 17th with renewed vigour. We are looking forward to welcoming you again in Rotterdam this Fall!
