US Paratroopers assigned to 3rd Brigade Combat Team, conducted an air assault operation in Estonia during Exercise SWIFT RESPONSE 21, May 7, 2021. SWIFT RESPONSE 21 is a joint, multinational Airborne exercise involving more than 7,000 Paratroopers from 10 NATO nations.
The US Army yesterday released this video clip of one the Brigade Combat Team’s M-777 155mm howitzers and its crew being lifted and flown forwards to Tapa Central Training Area from the Nurmsi Drop Zone where the initial gun line had been set up after 105mm and 155mm howitzers had been parachute dropped from C-17 Globemaster II transport aircraft in the middle of the night.
